We love performing and have regularly appeared at community and fundraising events around Edinburgh as well as more formal concerts. We've also enjoyed collaborating with other choirs and music groups in joint concerts.
We can either appear as a full choir, which usually means 40-50 singers, or as a more informal ensemble we call 'Wee Sangstream', with perhaps 15-20 of us.

Our small group from within the choir goes into the community, visiting care homes, afternoon clubs and community groups and encourages others to sing with us.
The repertoire is based on well known older Scots songs and words are provided for all participants, but often folk know them from their youth!
We have also led groups in schools, encouraging primary school kids from the 21st century to sing kids songs their parents and grandparents sang when they were at school.
If you are interested in the Wee Sangstreamers visiting your group, there is no charge but we appreciate a cup of tea!
